Environmental Choice

Environment Choice New Zealand accreditation identifies a product as less harmful to the environment than similar products.

Pink® Batts® Ultra® ceiling and wall products and Pink® Batts® Classic R3.6 ceiling product have been awarded the Environmental Choice New Zealand accreditation.

This government-backed initiative uses a number of criteria to assess a product, including how it’s made, the company’s energy-saving policies, ozone impact and recycling and waste disposal methods.

While only the higher R-value products are eligible for Environmental Choice, all Pink® Batts® thermal insulation products are manufactured in the same environmentally considerate way.
