There's something quite soothing about coming in out of the rain and seeking refuge in a nice, dry home. Using products from the Sisalation® range you'll be wrapping your home in a protective envelope as a secondary defence against water, moisture and air infiltration. Properly installed, this will help to create a drier, warmer and healthier home. Tyvek® HomeWrap™ Building Wrap
The modern day alternative to traditional building paper. Tyvek® HomeWrap™ is a waterproof, lightweight, strong, durable and breathable building wrap. Providing superior protection and increased vapour and moisture control for your home.
Flamestop® 950 and Bitumac® 750 Roofing Underlay
Are designed to manage condensation and are suitable for any roof cladding. They help prevent air, dust and water from penetrating roof structures. They work to help protect thermal insulation from draughts and moisture penetration.
Both are self supporting heavy duty underlays. Flamestop® 950 is also fire retardant.
Bitumac® 710 Building Paper
Is an economical black building paper designed for use in walls.
Malthoid Damp Proof Course
This bituminous saturated kraft membrane is designed for use where moisture barrier is required between timber framing and concrete.
Sisalation® Under-floor Foils
Perforated under-floor foil insulation is designed to provide insulation beneath suspended timber floors. With reflective foil insulation 95% of heat radiated downwards from the floor is reflected back, so the floor is much warmer. You'll get a better performance by also using Moistop® Concrete Underlay over the ground to limit vapour emissions from the soil.

Moistop® and Dampguard® Concrete Underlays
These products are manufactured to assist with preventing against ground moisture penetrating into concrete slabs. They can also be used as ground cover membranes, over damp ground in suspended timber floor.
For the top of the range weather protection for your home have your builder use the Tyvek® Weatherization System.
The system comprised of Tyvek® HomeWrap™ , Flexwrap™ and Contractor Tape™ allows your home to be completely wrapped with windows and doors flashed in a seamless easy process to help your house manage water and moisture more effectively.
